WINDOW ROCK, AZ – The 24th Navajo Nation Council has convened during a special session to pass emergency legislation to approve a formal amendment to the fiscal year 2022 Navajo Nation Indian Housing Plan (IHP) for the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA) Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) Funding.
