Fiends in theworld of Chainsaw Man are devils on their last legs. As explained in the anime, they were once fully-fledged devils who, in lieu of impending death, picked a last-ditch effort to survive by taking over a human host — usually a dead one. They're not necessarily powerful though; in fact, a lot of them are unreliable fodder in the Chainsaw Man mythos.

Mais, bonne nouvelle pour les fans du créateur, le projet n'a pas été abandonné pour de bon. J.J. Abrams  et Matt Reeves , au développement via les sociétés Bad Robot  et 6th & Idaho , ont commencé les présentations avec les repreneurs potentiels du secteur de la SVOD. House of the Dragon 's fifth episode is being released on HBO later today as the Game of Thrones prequel's viewership continues to rise. The new show takes place about 200 years before the events of the first series, which means it features a whole new cast of characters.
